His site can be found here: http://www.bestdenverwildlife.com/ Beware of this company at all costs! As a Colorado homeowner who was ripped off by Danny Hoff when I had a raccoons in my crawlspace I know first hand what he can do. This Denver wildlife company is owned by the con man Danny Hoff who has ripped off numerous customers in Colorado for $100,000+. If you’re reading this you’ve either been saved a whole lot of money and grief, you’re looking for Danny Hoff regarding another scam, or he has ran off with your money after promising wildlife work under the company name AAll 2. Beware, this scam artist will tell you that you need an insulation clean out and full attic extermination after you find out how cheap he will come out and perform an inspection for compared to other companies, this is all part of the hook line and sink to get you into his scam. He generally makes you write a check for half down or full price usually $3,000 plus and he schedules an appointment to come out and start. When the appointment comes he never shows and you can not get a hold of Danny Duane Hoff or AAll 2 wildlife removal and control. If you threaten to sue or you cancel your check he will threaten to lien your property and turn you into collections. Danny Hoff will also try and get trapping fees or repair cost fees and never come back to trap the animals or repair the damage on your home. You will never see your money again if you pay aall2 or Mr. Hoff.

Danny Hoff Heartland Animal Control Scam Update 12/5/2013: The scam artist Danny Hoff in Colorado has now changed his name again! His newest wildlife control scam is Heart Land Animal Control LLC. The website can be found HERE. Beware of this company at all costs. The owner of Heart Land Animal Control, Danny Hoff has ripped off many honest customers for thousands of dollars, just read the comments from victims below. For those of you who have just come across this blog scroll down to read all of the other updates as Danny Hoff has changed his business name numerous times over the years and has scammed 45+ customers. Great news for everyone who follows this blog. The District Attorney for Colorado is now aware of the situation and wants all the victims of Danny Hoff’s wildlife scam to sign a petition. If we are able to get 25 signatures on the petition the District Attorney for Colorado will open an investigation and pursue criminal charges and punitive damages. We have already had 17 victims sign the petition. For those of you who don’t know, Danny Hoff in the past has gone by the company name of Rocky Mt. Animal Control, First Class Animal Control, Official Animal Control and now, Cinch Up Wildlife Removal is his newest wildlife company scam. Beware at all costs and avoid him and his company like the plague. You can read the comments pouring in by victims losing thousands upon thousands of dollars to Danny Hoff at Cinch Up Wildlife Removal. Take note: Most of the time Danny Hoff will try and tell you that you have a large animal problem in your attic and explains you must spend thousands of dollars to have him remove your insulation and clean the animal waste. He then takes your money for the attic cleanup and runs! Never to be contacted or found by you. He will not return your call or try and give you your money back. We are currently working with 9news in Denver and the 9Wants To Know Investigative team to try and broadcast Danny Hoff and his scam to all people who watch 9news in Denver. Help stop Danny Hoff by contacting your local police department. Local news station. The BBB. The FTC and anyone else you think can help bring this horrible man to justice! Second Update 9/10/2012: Danny Hoff now goes by two different company names now. First a company by the name of Rowdy Rascals, and the main one used most by Danny Hoff, First Class Animal Control.

You can also look up the secretary of state in Colorado for First Class Animal Control to find current contact info for reporting fraud to your local police department. If you are looking for Danny Hoff previous scam victims have indicated he does like to stay at Jackson Lake located in Morgan County, Colorado on weekends. Ask around the park people will know where he is. REMINDER: he stays at the private side of Jackson Lake, not the public rec side.

Does this company really have a license? Ask for proof. The company will not be able to provide documentation. Research shows that Official Animal Control does not have a license.
Check with the The Colorado Secretary of State. Official Animal Control(First Class Animal Control) is not a registered business!
According to this business “All personnel screened and background-checked” this is not true! One of the owners Danny Hoff of Official Animal Control served 5 years in prison and is on the Fort Morgan, CO most wanted list. Ask to see proof of background checks on employee’s and owners. No documentation will be shown for proof.
“Since our humble beginnings” stated by the owners on Official Animal Control’s website. Does humble mean not paying child support? Also owing over a $100,000 in back child support! The company states “11 year’s experience”. Did they leave out 11 years experience in check fraud? The company started January 2010 with stolen equipment and products. Does this sound humble? No.
Warning don’t be scammed or mislead by Official Animal Control! This company wont be around for any type of warranty! P.S! On Official Animal Control’s website they have under ” Why official Animal Control is the best?” that they are the best, because they “Do not Remove Dogs Or Cats”. GOT EDUCATION? I don’t think so! (Since this blog, Danny Hoff has removed the dogs and cat removal from the list on their website)

Sorry to say, he got me to the tune of $650 a few weeks ago. He’ll probably be in contact, as I contested the charge with my credit card company. The best thing you can do with a guy like this is to expose him, not just here, but with the BBB and on sites like Yelp.
More on First Class Animal Control: After contesting the credit card charges, Danny contacted me threatening to put a lien on my property, and best of all, to have it condemned because of mouse feces (Funny! That was one of the services I hired him for, and for which he guarantees results!). We met, and we agreed on what he felt was fair payment for the services he had already rendered. However, when he found out I filed an “information only” complaint on his business with the BBB, guess what? Another phone call, same threats. Such a reputable businessman.
Beware, by the way. The “First Class” stickers were already removed from his truck the last time we met. Another name change is on the way!
This guy occasionally stays at his father’s trailer (Also named Danny Hoff) at Jackson Lake Village (the private area) lot number 232. Hope this helps.

Ya Danny Hoff is the biggest scam artist I have ever he scamed my company for 12000 so when is this 9 news thing going to air or who should I contact. How can he get advertising being such a scam don’t Google care or what
His girlfriend Lisa is now owner of company, and Danny is the employee. Danny’s cell # is 1-303-775-9252. Terrible work scam several people by just covering insulation with a inch or less or new and not removing old insulation.

Guy has a very practiced system tuned like clock work… An automated lead system feeds him struggling search engine users. “A good target for starters!” uses an 800 # forwarder for his contact. This guy should be arrested for many things plus animal cruelty for sure. (owner is left with the traps, and perhaps some carnage in them…)

This Guy is incredibly Shady. He has a very angry demeanor and states he is buying up all these trapping businesses in Arizona ,Colorado and surrounding states ,thus changing the name of his company every few years. Smooth talker, said he would snake the crawl space with his camera after he “removed the skunk”. Did no such thing. Came to get his trap and left. He claimed to be animal humane, but left the animal in the trap for 16+ hours. Glad it wasn’t a hot day or the animal would have baked trapped in the trap. How horrible for the animal. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. WE ALL NEED TO PUSH THIS GUY OUT OF BUSINESS. IF YOU DON’T DO YOUR HOMEWORK MAYBE YOU TOO WILL BE SCAMMED BY THIS GUY.
Hi, I know this guy.. Used to go to school with this guy. He is definitely bad news. Danny was charged with sexual assault for molesting an 8 year old girl and on another account a 13 year old boy. This guy should be in prison for LIFE!
